1. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you can return them within 5 days of delivery. We will either:

  • Replace the product with an identical one of the same value from the respective vendor.
  • Offer store credit in the form of a GospelNeeds Voucher for future purchases.

2. How to Return a Product?

To return a product, please send it back to the vendor’s address mentioned in your order details. You can use a cost-effective courier service or registered post.

Reverse pickup will only be arranged in the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon receipt.
  • The product is defective.

3. Will I Have to Pay for Returning the Products?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage or shipping charges to send the product back to the vendor.

4. I Received a Wrong/Defective Product. How Do I Proceed?

If you have received a wrong or defective product, please return it to the vendor’s address using the process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the shipping charges in the form of a GospelNeeds Voucher.

5. Can I Get a Refund for a Cancelled Order?

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10 working days using the same payment method. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

6. Where Should I Send Returns?

You will need to return the product to the vendor’s address listed in your order confirmation email or on your order page. Please check the vendor’s details for the correct return address.

Ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the vendor receives the returned product, they will process the refund to your original payment method or provide a GospelNeeds Gift Card for future use.

Important: We do not recommend using “The Professional Couriers” for returns due to reliability issues. We suggest using Speed Post or other reputable courier services.
